Introduction
Write a 5000-word consultancy report on a chosen company (private, public – not government-owned, or NGO). The company is your client. Identify a current challenge and resulting issues they face. Provide a consultancy report evaluating the situation and offering strategic recommendations.

Marking Criteria Overview:
Each LO is evaluated across six bands: Fail (0-39%), Marginal Fail (40-49%), Pass (50-59%), Merit (60-69%), Distinction (70-79%), High Distinction (80-100%). Key criteria include understanding of business challenges, stakeholder evaluation, application of theory and frameworks, strategic recommendations, research quality, and academic writing standards.
For High Distinction, you must:
- Demonstrate outstanding critical thinking and originality.
- Use extensive secondary data and relevant frameworks.
- Provide compelling, strategic, and actionable recommendations.
- Show exceptional academic writing and presentation quality.
